40 g Dates pitted Deglet Nour HIH
40 g Mulberries
20 ml mango juice
100 g Rapunzel Mixed nut butter 4 nuts
400 g of natural yoghurt
1 Bourbon vanilla powder HIH

Average values: pinch = 0.3 g | tip of a knife = 0.1 g

Preparation

Soak dates and mulberries in the mango juice for about 30 minutes. Mix the mash with yoghurt well and then add the soaked mulberries, dates, a little vanilla and mix well. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight. Serve chilled.
