15 g of grated ginger
10 g of Gundermann leaves, cut very small
2 tbs honey (liquid)

Average values: pinch = 0.3 g | tip of a knife = 0.1 g

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and then pour into a glass with a lid.
Application: Massage a walnut-sized amount of peeling into the skin during showering and then shower off. The mixture can be stored well closed in the bathroom cabinet for about 2 weeks.
Properties: Honey inhibits inflammation and moisturizes, sea salt stimulates the blood circulation of the skin and Gundermann has an anti-inflammatory and purifying effect.
