100 g Date syrup HIH
1 Bourbon vanilla powder HIH
1 bottle of Rapunzel Prosecco Vino Frizzante DOC or non-alcoholic alternative: sparkling water
For refining: mint leaves

Average values: pinch = 0.3 g | tip of a knife = 0.1 g

Preparation

Squeeze out lime and rub the shell finely. Put juice and lime bowl into a mixing bowl. Stir in date syrup and vanilla powder. Let the essence drain overnight in a closed vessel. To serve, pour in the Dattel-Limetten-Essenz with Prosecco or mineral water.

Mixing ratio: 100ml Prosecco or mineral water to approx. 20ml lime dattel essence. To refine, add a sheet of mint to each glass.
