3 bananas, ripe
2 tbsp lemon juice
30 g of Rapunzel candied lemon peel without sugar
30 g Candied orange peel without sugar

Average values: pinch = 0.3 g | tip of a knife = 0.1 g

Preparation

Peel the bananas and freeze them in pieces overnight or at least 4 hours. Puree with lemon juice, candied lemon and candied orange in a blender. Then either serve directly or put in molds and keep in the freezer until serving.
